Tasting from 11.06.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby in the glass. Intense bouquet with concentrated fruit. Notes of forest fruit confit, plum confit and sour cherry. In addition, a fine cool spiciness with hints of cubeb pepper and clove. Full-bodied on the palate with ripe acidity and fine-grained tannins. Aromas of sour cherry and dark wild berries as well as graphite and liquorice. Long finish.
