Tasting from 22.03.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich ruby red with cherry-red reflections. Ripe cherry, yeasty, with black olive, pepper and vanilla sugar on the nose. On the palate, initially clear fruit and a certain juiciness, it loses some tension in the finish and unfortunately dries out.
