The red wine Solane Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore DOC, vintage 2016 from the winery Cantina Santi has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone Veronese, Rondinella from the region Veneto in Italy.
Rich ruby red. On the nose ripe forest berries and black currants, underlaid by fine wood savouriness. On the palate at first carried by light texture, savoury, stretches a nice arch, on the finish then lightly drying.
