The white wine Südtiroler Weißburgunder DOC, vintage 2016 from the winery Weingut Schloss Englar has been rated in 2018 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Weißburgunder from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Very bright, straw yellow with brilliant reflections. Spicy nose of lemon balm, with clear mineral tones. Spreads beautifully and softly on the palate, is creamy, lacks a little acidity at the front, which expands fully at the back of the palate, finishes lemony and fresh.
