Multi-layered aroma with light flowers, stone fruit, peach, apricot, plus fine savouriness, fine smoke, minerality. On the palate, it is like a classic dry Spätlese, tending towards a Großes Gewächs: dense, with salt, smoothness and a mineral timbre.
