Yeast, chestnut, but then also very fresh and radiantly clear red berries, très Pinot, with a quite stocky approach in the mouth, corpulent but not broad, firm acidity, dense substance and mineral notes give the wine focus and piquancy. Very pithy - and vinified for certain ageing potential.
