Rich, nuanced aromas of orange blossom and lemon balm, a touch of caramel, savoury and mineral notes. Initially juicy on the palate, dry, with subtle phenolics, the supple base compliments the intense structure well, the acidity is powerful but not isolated, a phenolic tartness dominates on the finish.
