Tasting Notes
Very closed on the nose, some wood, laurel, very inconspicuously built on the palate, ripe tannins that are not excessively astringent, comparatively mild acidity, lots of juice on the background and a delicate fruit of small red berries. Very good potential.
More about the tastingPiquant aroma of smoked oven, baked cherries, candied orange peel and raspberry jam. Taut, with unerring acidity and striking structure. Sweet core with bite and tension. Uncompromising relaxation in the glass.
