Tasting Notes
Pale salmon pink with a fine mousse. The nose is delicate and inviting with aromas of rhubarb, sour cherry, fresh berries, lovage, yeast cookies and salted almond. Refreshingly sparkling on the palate with lively acidity and a balanced dosage that makes the fruit shine wonderfully. A harmonious, fruity and appetising crémant.
