A spicy bouquet is underlaid with notes of ice candy and juicy, yellow-fleshed fruit. Slightly noticeable carbonic spritz at the start of the palate, followed by a fresh, juicy acidity that provides grip and length. Discreet notes of salted lemon on the long finish.
