Intense dark ruby red, opaque core with purple hues, subtle brightening on the rim. Oak nuances, subtle liquorice, dark nougat, refined notes of cassis, wild strawberries, a hint of black olives, a floral touch with aeration. Full-bodied, round and elegant, some nougat, opulent texture, a refined acidity, mineral-salty, tightly meshed on the finish, very intense and taut, still very closed on the finish, quite the opposite on the palate from what the nose already promises in terms of accessibility, white pepper, lingering for minutes.
