The red wine Passió, vintage 2019 from the winery Schwarzenbach Weinbau has been rated in 2021 by Dominik Vombach und Benjamin Herzog with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region miles in Switzerland.
A subtle, fruity and spiced bouquet with notes of bright red berries, especially red currants and raspberries. There's also sour cherry, hints of coffee, cocoa and St. John's wort - a complex nose. It's light and juicy on the palate, with a core of fresh red berry fruit and a beautiful acidity. Fine tannins add texture to the long finish. .
