The crémant Schwarzenbach »Nothing left to lose«, vintage 2021 from the winery Schwarzenbach Weinbau has been rated in 2023 by Peter Moser, Gerhild Burkhard, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Grauburgunder, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir from the region Lake Zurich in Switzerland.
Pale straw yellow. Fresh aroma with notes of elderflower, lemon, apple and tropical fruit, subtly yeasty. Characterised by a very fine mousse and a pleasantly dry impression on the palate. Beautiful, fresh finish with notes of lemon and flowers.
