Dense, dark ruby with a slight garnet sheen. Opens on the nose with notes of blueberry, dried plum, also with some dried tomatoe, fine savouriness in the background. Plucky and hearty on the palate, rich and with pronounced earthy notes, ripe cherry and plum, firm drive on the finish.
