Sedilesu

Falstaff Wine Guide Italy 2025

The vineyards of the Sedilesu winery are cultivated on soils that are rich in potassium and phosphorus and low in nitrogen. They are located at an altitude of 500 to 800 meters above sea level. Most of it is planted with Cannonau, while a small part of the vineyard, about five percent, is planted with Granazza, an autochthonous white grape variety. The wine is a message from the area in which it is produced - the people ensure that it shines with excellent quality. The winery is currently run by Salvatore Sedilesu and his family.

Winemaker: Andrea Sedilesu
