Tasting Notes

Tasting from 16.10.2013

Dark ruby-garnet colour, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Hints of blackberries, cassis and cherries with a fine floral perfume, background with roasted notes and some nougat. Full-bodied and elegant on the palate, equipped with silky but supporting tannins, pronounced in fruit dark forest berry confit on the finish, mineral savouriness in the aftertaste, very good certain ageing potential, but already drinkable. A classic.
