Tasting from 21.04.2017: Peter Moser

Deep ruby in colour with purple reflections and a discreet ochre rim. A multi-faceted bouquet with aromas of dark fruits of the forest underlaid with fine balsamic nuances, a touch of tobacco, hint of dried mushroom, delicate cassis in the background, with shiitake mushroom and black olive notes. Juicy and sweetly textured on the palate with fine tannins that have now reached the end of their capacity. A silky, sweet, wine that is somewhat faded. (Drink/+15)
