Superb nose of freshly cut Granny Smith apple, full of fruit and very expressive in its youthfulness. The palate comes with as much vibrant freshness as the nose suggests and delivers equally appetizing green apple. Yet there is a gentle creaminess and nice smooth mousse. Ideal aperitif.
