Tasting Notes
Deep ruby garnet with subtle ochre reflections and a finely brightening rim. The overall nose is spicy, with dark chocolate, a hint of raisins and cardamom, and then toffee and sweet bell pepper. A complex palate, laden with fine fruit sweetness and round tannins. A touch of vanilla and a delicate savoury note on the finish, with has great length and literally sticks to the palate. The final note of black olives in the aftertaste lends a feel of youthfulness.
