Tasting Notes
Medium yellow with silver reflections. Candied orange zest, hints of caramel and light Stollwerck, ripe pineapple, and background notes of lemon zest. Juicy on the palate with an elegant texture, pronounced fruit, vivid tannins and a subtle hint of honey on the finish. A powerful food companion which is already well matured but still has plenty of further ageing potential.
