Dark ruby red, purple hues. Somewhat wild, but appealing nose, dark forest berries, black cherry, smoky-mineral notes, peppery, intense tobacco notes, some oak. Full-bodied on the palate, black berries, plum. A juicy, ripe acidity, rather discreet tannins. Lingers for a long time and finishes extremely fresh.
