Raspberry and apricot, heart cherry, very clear, and a very typical Valais Pinot nose. Juicy and sinewy on the palate, with fine-grained tannins that only become firmer on the palate and a deep, well-integrated acidity. "Cool" style, but not unripe. Harmonious and elegant - a wonderful accompaniment to food.
