It is a wine made from the grape variety Savagnin Blanc from the region Valais in Switzerland.
Fresh, clear nose, cool pear notes, nuances of Reine Claude plum, subtle honey and dried herbs, some pineapple. Medium fullness on the palate, very fine mousse and subtle sweetness, ripe, juicy acidity with a savoury, fruity finish.
