Mint and nutmeg, but also pear and leafy green vegetables, slightly fruity and fresh, very clear. In the mouth, the wine has a juicy, elegant structure: lean in alcohol, but dense in aromas, with a silky texture, subtle minerality and civilised acidity. A delicacy!
