Bright straw yellow with golden reflections. Sophisticated nose, vanilla and honey, ripe peach and yellow apple as well as chamomile blossom. Warm-hearted yet juicy on the palate, with a creamy texture, delicate acidity and an animating, salty, lingering finish.
