The red wine Arso Puglia Rosso IGT, vintage 2020 from the winery Tenuta Bocca di Lupo has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Franc from the region Puglia in Italy.
Rich, deep, dark ruby in colour with a purple shimmer. On the nose, aromas of smoke, elderberry and cassis, then fine spicy notes of cardamom and bay leaf. The palate is crisp with lots of pronounced fruit, and many layers of fine tannins, spicy and saline, with a firm, driven finish redolent of tobacco.
