Tasting from 08.08.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Deep, dark purple red colour. Elegant and powerful on the nose, with notes of fully ripe sweet cherries and black plums, plus juniper, forest floor and cocoa. Polished on the palate, but with plenty of power, tight-knit tannins with a supporting acidity, still young but with plenty of potential.
