The red wine Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG, vintage 2021 from the winery Tenuta Casenuove has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
An elegant, dark ruby red. Strawberry confit and vanilla on the nose, slight hints of forest undergrowth. A wonderful freshness and a lovely juiciness on the palate, creamy, with polished fruit, good length, powerful, with somewhat loosely knit tannins set to mature well with further ageing.
