The red wine Le Cupole IGT, vintage 2011 from the winery Tenuta di Trinoro has been rated in 2014 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright ruby with a slight violet shimmer. Very open, inviting nose, seductive aroma of ripe dark currants, then slightly smoky, earthy notes. Crisp, fresh fruit on the palate, opens up with grippy, hearty tannins, good pressure on the finish.
