Rich deep dark ruby with purple colour. Initially showing slightly smoky mineral notes on the nose, then lots of rich fruit, cassis, dark cherry and raspberry, with beetroot in the background. Finely meshed polished tannins that characterise the attack and finish, building up in many layers, with plenty of drive on the finish.
