Powerful cherry red with a ruby touch. Rich notes of ripe blackberries, pickled plums and walnuts, a hint of chocolate and wet wood. Good concentration on the palate, with full-bodied tannins, gripping on the palate, wiry structure, still appears young but shows certain ageing potential.
