Tasting Notes
Bright golden yellow with fine persistent mousse. Initially somewhat reductive on the nose, slowly opens with notes of ripe citrus, slightly salty and some varnish. The palate is fresh and mouth-filling, nutty and with flavours of ripe fruit and some orange peel, medium length.
