Tasting from 02.01.2004

Bright ruby-violet; initially fine tobacco notes, some licorice, then a lot of dark cherry; shows a lot of sweet fruit in the beginning, rich, very fine-grained tannin, this very positive overall impression is unfortunately disturbed by a very emphasized acidity, which gives the wine freshness, but also makes it hard.
