Tasting from 09.07.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Bright straw yellow. Somewhat restrained on the nose, has a light citrus scent, some flowers. Medium-structured on the palate, cool fruit, slightly grippy and persistent in the mid-palate, unfortunately becomes bitter at the back.
