Bright medium greenish yellow, silver reflections. Ripe peach fruit with floral undertones, ripe pome fruit, hints of mango, background of dried spices, candied lime zest. Textured, complex, dark-salty minerality, tightly woven, lemony core, like liquid granite on the palate, lingers for a very long time, powerful but dry as dust on the finish, some sea salt and ginger, an incredibly complex food companion with certain ageing potential for years to come.
