Sparkling, dark ruby. Opens with notes of leather and cabbage florets, then rich dark berries, mulberry and blackberry, fine spices in the background. Grippy and gripping on the palate, opens with a lot of present tannin, hearty, appears wild and powerful, but still needs additional ageing.
