Tasting from 14.02.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

An intense dark ruby red colour with a purple tinge. On the nose there is some savoury dark chocolate and ground coffee, a note of roasted hazelnuts, as well as rich cherry fruit. It is also fruit driven on the palate with a lovely texture and juicy tannins. It opens up nicely, becomes quite lively and vibrant, and it has a juicy finish.
