Tasting Notes

Tasting from 03.11.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Rich ruby with a dark core. Very appealing nose with fine play between fruity and mineral notes, aromas of raspberry and juicy dark cherry, plus some blood orange and saffron. Gripping, tightly woven tannins, seems quite austere and as if locked in, somewhat metallic, clearly drying on the finish.
