Tasting from 03.11.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Rich, deep dark ruby. Appealing nose with notes of dark cherry and ripe plum, plus hints of clove. Tight, surprisingly vivid acidity on the palate, some drying tannin, lots of crisp berry fruit, seems very restless.
