The prosecco Bio Vegan Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry from the winery Val d'Oca has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Tasting Notes
Bright silver grey with a coarse-grained mousse. Light honey, vanilla and roasted hazelnuts on the nose, with a ripe banana aftertaste. On the palate a hearty, ripe fruit core and perky mousse, totally crosses the line, slightly bitter on the finish, can be an alternative.
