Bright lemon yellow with green shimmer. Pronounced nose, with a bouquet of freshly baked brioche, bread crust, then rich yellow apple and quince, some herbal notes in the background. Juicy on the palate, multi-layered with intricate mousse, velvet smooth in the mouth with good drive, taut with fine fruit texture on the finish.
