Brilliant greenish yellow in colour with a subtle mousse. On the nose, aromas of pear, lemon zest and a hint of jasmine. The palate has a clear fruity core, with pear, peach and some honeydew melon, a perky mousse and stimulating acidity, with tension and a slight salinity.
