Tasting Notes
Initially still characterized by yeast and spontaneous fermentation, then more and more of a slaty savouriness. Supported by racy acidity and mineral coolness on the palate, very transparent and delicate, definitely with a Burgundian layer of suppleness, but completely light-hearted and juicy. It is a great food wine.
