Tasting from 27.03.2026: Ulrich Sautter
Orange hues at the rim. A scent of apple and ivy, also with malty and slightly oxidative notes. The palate reveals fine-grained tannins that have melted into a delicate fullness, still showing traces of greenish components, but blending well with the soft, full-bodied, almost creamy body. Middle in length and depth. Appears somewhat tired. Two bottles tasted.
