Intensely sparkling garnet red. Herbaceous bouquet of freshly chopped thyme and wormwood, paired with cold smoke and bacon, wild berries and black elderberries on the second nose. Spreads across the palate, integrated tannins, rich herbal spice and light salt, flows with good drive into the long finish.
