Tasting from 19.04.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright straw yellow with persistent mousse. Initially somewhat restrained on the nose, opening up to sliced apple and white peach, with a hint of butter cookie and a citrus finish. Delicate on the palate with a fine texture and well-integrated acidity, opens up with an emphasis on fruit and is accompanied by a subtle bitter note.
