Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Brilliantly shining copper with golden reflections. Reveals very little on the nose, restrained baked yellow apple, delicate bread crust, some yeast. Enters the palate with explosive mousse, clear, juicy, again shows apple and freshly cut Williams pears, finishes quickly, minimal grapefruit on the finish.
