Medium greenish yellow, silver reflections. Hints of peach and pear with a touch of lime zest, white flowers, subtle minerality. Taut, complex, fine fruit sweetness, salty nuances, tightly meshed, lemony in the aftertaste, grapefruit touch on the finish, a multi-faceted food companion with a surprisingly dry, leafy aftertaste.
