Hibiscus blossom on the nose with roasted and nutty aromas, redcurrant, cherry, some plum confit and rosehip. The palate shows the minerality of the site in a powerful structure with balanced acidity and ripe, supple tannins. Down-to-earth and relaxed in character, certain ageing potential, especially as a first-class accompaniment to meals.
