Tasting Notes
Ripe pear and fine spice scents, followed by nutty and toasty aromas with a hint of quince. On the palate there is good substance and structure, concise spiciness and salty notes. A dry Pinot Gris that has not yet reached the end of its possibilities.
More about the tastingSmoky aromas, followed by pear and quince, some mocha and almond kernel. It is dry with ripe acidity and a somewhat salty base, not a baroque type, although it has volume and also shows texture. Skilfully vinified, a Burgunder with potential.
